Job Opportunity – Waiters/Waitresses (Part-time & Full-time, Summer Season) Villa Paradiso Munch is looking for new team members for the upcoming summer season! We are a large and busy restaurant with a high volume of guests, and we’re looking for energetic and motivated waiters/waitresses to join our team – both part-time and full-time. Experience is a plus, but not required – we are happy to train the right people. As a waiter/waitress with us, you must thrive in a busy work environment and be able to handle stressful situations in a way that doesn't affect you, your colleagues, or the operation. You should be able to work independently and proactively, even during quieter periods. You will be responsible for following food safety (IK-mat) and health & safety (HMS) procedures according to the company’s guidelines. Communication with guests and colleagues is essential, so we expect you to be fluent in English. Scandinavian and Italian language skills are a plus.
