Power the global sales organization with data, structure, and clarity Are you organized, analytical, and motivated by making sales teams more effective on a global scale? As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of sales execution—owning systems, ensuring data quality, and turning information into actionable insight. 🔧 Own the Sales Foundation You’ll manage and support our core sales systems (CRM, Power BI, NAVTOR Back Office, market databases), ensuring: Accurate pipelines, customer, and vessel data High CRM discipline across sales teams Reliable reports and dashboards sales can trust You’ll act as a super user and first-line support, helping users, validating reports, and keeping structure consistent. 📈 Support Sales Execution Working closely with our Global Sales Director and Regional Sales Managers, you’ll: Prepare customer, vessel, and opportunity overviews Support targeting, prioritization, and follow-ups Track Flat Fee renewals and margin-sensitive cases Help identify upsell and cross-sell potential Prepare structured input for meetings, campaigns, and opportunities 🔍 Reporting & Commercial Insight You’ll produce and maintain sales reporting from Power BI, Back Office, and market data sources, including: Monthly budget vs. sales reports Quarterly sales summaries Management and board-level presentations You’ll also support analysis of market share, portfolios, installed base gaps, and distributor performance. 🧠 Enable Better Ways of Working You’ll help standardize and improve sales ways of working by: Maintaining sales templates, presentations, and documentation Supporting best practices for sales workflows and handovers Contributing to stronger adoption of data-driven sales practices 🌍 Campaigns, Partners & Events You’ll support global sales campaigns, distributors, and key events with: Structured data preparation and tracking Campaign and portfolio overviews Distributor reporting, listings, and meeting preparation Coordination of sales meetings, seminars, and conferences If you enjoy structure, coordination, and creating clarity for others, this role gives you immediate impact—and room to grow. If you have maritime experience, it is an advantage! Reporting to the Regional Sales & Operations Director, this role will be supporting the APAC region in generating sales leads, managing customer relationship and implementing sales strategy for all customers. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute strategic sales activities Achieve growth and hit sales targets Expand the company’s customers base and ensure its strong presence Build & promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs Present sales, revenue, and report realistic forecast Market analysis and competition status Provide presentations, product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers Keep abreast of industry regulations Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers, and support staff Travel to customer locations and attend industry conferences Communicate regularly with existing customers, ensuring continued relationship building Qualifications: Bachelor’s or above in Maritime studies/Business Administration or other relevant field(s) Proven sales track record Ability to listen and understand client needs Strong understanding of the challenges faced by maritime companies in managing compliance and transiting to digital logbooks. Experience within the maritime industry is an advantage Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry knowledge Strong communication skills, well-organized, proactiveness and attention to detail are a must; the flexibility to work with clients and team members across multiple geographies
