We are hiring for both part-time positions in regular operations and summer jobs during the 2026 FIFA World Cup festivities organized by the sports bar in downtown Bodø. Sportsbaren is looking for bartenders/servers to keep the good times rolling. If you love a lively atmosphere, enjoy meeting people, and can handle a fast-paced shift with a smile, we’d love to have you on board! What’s the Job? You’ll be at the heart of the action—serving drinks, taking orders, and making sure our guests have a great time. Whether it’s a big game night or a laid-back afternoon, you’ll help keep the energy up and the service smooth. This job is all about teamwork, good vibes, and quick thinking. You don’t need years of experience, but you should enjoy being around people, stay cool under pressure, and bring a positive attitude to every shift. Who You Are Outgoing, friendly, and great with people Quick on your feet and ready for a fast-paced shift Someone who works well in a team and brings good energy Curious and eager to learn more about food, drinks, and service Reliable and responsible—you show up and get the job done At least 20 years old You should also be comfortable speaking Norwegian, another Scandinavian language, or English. As Restaurant Manager at Bjørk, you will play a key role in the restaurant’s continued development and daily success. You will lead a diverse operation that includes à la carte service, outdoor seating, bar operations, and event and meeting facilities.
