As a waiter/waitress with us, you must thrive in a busy work environment and be able to handle stressful situations in a way that doesn't affect you, your colleagues, or the operation. You should be able to work independently and proactively, even during quieter periods. You will be responsible for following food safety (IK-mat) and health & safety (HMS) procedures according to the company’s guidelines. Communication with guests and colleagues is essential, so we expect you to be fluent in English and Scandinavian language skills are a plus. Villa Paradiso is a pizzeria with a wood-fired oven that serves Neapolitan-inspired pizza, along with a selection of dishes that reflect our passion for Italian cuisine. With our own import of Italian wines, cured meats, and cheeses, we offer a wide variety of high-quality ingredients sourced from small family-run producers in Italy. We are driven by our enthusiasm for simple, generous, and seasonal dining, and we are looking for individuals who share this passion. The genuine love for our cuisine has been passed down through generations of Italian grandmothers to their families. Our focus is embodied in the phrase: “pochi piccoli gesti per rimanere nel cuore” (a few small gestures to stay in the heart). Through this, we welcome everyone to our restaurants who wishes to "taste a piece of Italy."
