NAVTOR is seeking a technically minded Customer Support Specialist to strengthen our global maritime‑tech operations.
In this role, you will support customers across the full lifecycle — from system activation and onboarding to technical troubleshooting and billing clarity — ensuring smooth operation of Navtor’s digital navigation and vessel‑management solutions.
What you'll do:
Manage accurate customer and vessel data across Navtor platforms
Coordinate startup kit logistics and activate digital services and licenses
Guide customers through system setup, configuration, and onboarding workflows
Provide technical support for software, updates, installations, and license issues
Support customers with invoice interpretation and credit note coordination
Deliver clear, structured communication to global maritime clients
What you bring:
Experience in technical support, customer operations, or software onboarding
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
High accuracy in data handling and system administration
Ability to explain technical concepts to users with varying skill levels
A proactive, analytical mindset and strong problem‑solving abilities
